9/8/2015

I've been blogging on a limited basis using my own group sites to post. (The Night Falls Slowly and Men Who Crochet Too! both my own group sites on Facebook)  This is my first time on any blogging system so I am learning the ropes.
I'm a fledgling writer and I write fiction novels.  I self published by first novel, a romantic comedy in 2012 titled Abel in Paris which I will be reissuing in November along with my newest novel The Night Falls Slowly a modern day horror genre which I have written the first five chapter and have posted them on my own site of the same title as the novel.  It was read by many and they left comments after each chapter all encouraging me and wanting  more as they were hooked by my story,  I am now working on completing the novel so I can self publish it in November also along with the first book I've done..  I have over 500 registered member who have accessed my novels to read and I have not received one negative comment as they all are very good so far,  reissue of my first novel and can be purchased alone or as a two book set,  Watch for details on how to order and purchased the novels online.  They both have ISBN #'s and are copy writed,  I hope they catch on.  My first book was largely accepted and I was told it would make a great movie or TV movie because of the story line and its quick witty dialogue between the characters.  In my second novel, people have been very intrigued and have wanted to turn the page so to speak to see what happens.  I have completed chapters six and seven and will keep them offline so I can self publish the entire complete novel and offer it for sale at a very reasonable price.  It is in a 6x9 format printed soft cover book of the highest standards and quality and is just one  step away from being a hardback,  I hope they catch on.  My third novel is completed but is being edited.  Unfinished Symphony, a return to romantic comedy which I tend to like.  The horror genre novel I'm doing is at the suggestion Of James Patterson, the famous and prolific writer of 89 novels.  I am in a master writing class with him and he is guiding me along as I write and learn to hone my craft.  He suggested I do a novel that was not in my frame of comfort and that was horror,  Write about things you need to pull deep for  I have learned so far to write with the knowledge I can do it if I apply myself and to try something I am  not comfortable with and write a story that is out of my comfort zone and this is but I infused a lot of comedy in this novel also as is my forte.  I try to balance the scariness of the novel with humor and its working as its some of the best writing I have ever done before.  Each chapter gets better and better and Chapter seven along is my pride and joy s o far for its content, characters and situation. I think people will like it as well as chapters 6 and 1-5 as each chapter I work on till its everything I think it should be.  I create draft after draft until I am satisfied and will not let it go until I have made it what it can be,

I'm not sure how this blog will go and who will read it  I hope I get some feedback,  My email is stagemanjw@aol.com as I am not sure if this blog here can receive comments yet but I am assuming it does,  So please let me know if you are out there and even remotely interesting  I may post my first five chapters here is the people want it.  I just need 2 or 3 to ask me to  do it and I will jump on it even if its only an audience of 5 or less readers.  This is my start and I am off.

Enjoy. Jeffrey Allen White
